Special Note about the Block:
House is on a quiet and friendly block located on a smaller street (less traffic). The neighbors are friendly and active in maintaining our block. There’s a facebook group for the street and tenants are encouraged to join. Neighbors will often notify one another of packages delivered, pick them up on the behalf of others, and are generally supportive of everyone on the block. A few years ago residents transformed the open lot space into a beautiful community garden with mulch, plants, flowers, chairs to relax, and a small "take a book/leave a book" library. It is truly the best block in Point Breeze. The street has no permit parking and it's usually easy to get a spot on the block (depending on the time of day) or within 1-2 blocks.
