The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check.
We are PET FRIENDLY! Pet rent is $35/month with a $300 refundable pet deposit. Up to two cats and one dog allowed.
To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account.
We do not require in person showings, but they are highly encouraged! The Square footage our units is approximate. An in-person tours are recommended to get exact square footage. If you would like a video tour or to bypass the tour and do a site unseen lease, please contact the leasing Consultant for this property directly.

If Applicant provides Rio Real Estate with a PTSR: a)the PTSR must be available to Rio Real Estate by a consumer reporting agency/third-party website that regularly engages in the business of providing consumer reports; 2) the PTSR must comply with all state and federal laws pertaining to use and disclosure of information contained in a consumer report by a consumer reporting agency; and c) Applicant certifies that there has not been a material change in the information in the PTSR, including the Applicant’s name, address, bankruptcy status, criminal history, or eviction history, since the PTSR was generated.
