About this place Are you tired of dealing with roommates? You will find comfort, privacy and independence while staying in our private room with a private attached bathroom. This 1920 home has been re-built from the ground up. You will have access through the entrance at the back of the house using your exclusive keypad code, allowing for maximum security. Whether you choose to work from the built-in desk or just hang out sitting in the comfy recliner and watch a movie, you will feel right at home. Small pets are okay with non-refundable fee. The Space New carpet, tile, paint, private attached bathroom with luxurious shower fixtures, and two closets. Very clean and thoughtfully furnished. You will find everything in the kitchenette including a microwave, toaster, mini refrigerator, coffee pot, iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, dishes and silverware, corkscrew, pizza cutter, and much more! All utilities are included (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, and basic WiFi). Nearby street parking. Guest access You will have your own key code and self-check-in experience. Enter through the back of the house using the keypad and another keypad into your room. You also have access to the washer and dryer, and the newly landscaped backyard. There is a very nice young professional couple as a long-term renter in the Front/Main unit of the house. During your stay Enjoy the arts and shopping district near Tennyson Street, just a few blocks away. This unique bungalow has character and all the comforts of a home away from home. Conveniently tucked a few blocks away from Berkley Lake and near I-70 for a pain-free commute to all mountain destinations, plus 5 min. to Highlands, 7 min. to Lo-High, 10 min. to Downtown and 30 min to the airport. Also, several golf courses can be found within a 5-mile radius. Send us a message to get a list of our favorite neighborhood restaurants or nearby golf courses. We live about 30 minutes away- however, Guests are invited to reach me on my cell at any time between 7am and 9pm and will have an emergency number for after hours. We will be there periodically to maintain the yard. Other things to note This room is separated from the other part of the house and is equipped with a sound machine, so noise should not be a problem. Black-out curtains for day sleepers. Kitchenette only. Not a full kitchen. No living room. Thermostat is controlled by the front renters.
