This unit is available for August! Rent is $1,000.00 a month with a separate utility charge of $90 that Includes water, sewage, trash and gas. Electric will be paid separately. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check.
We are PET FRIENDLY! Pet rent is $35/month with a $300 refundable pet deposit.
To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no rental debt or evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account.
Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): 1) Applicant has the right to provide Rio Real Estate with a PTSR that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in
§ 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Rio Real Estate with a PTSR, Rio Real Estate is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Rio Real Estate to access or use the PTSR.
If Applicant provides Rio Real Estate with a PTSR: a)the PTSR must be available to Rio Real Estate by a consumer reporting agency/third-party website that regularly engages in the business of providing consumer reports; 2) the PTSR must comply with all state and federal laws pertaining to use and disclosure of information contained in a consumer report by a consumer reporting agency; and c) Applicant certifies that there has not been a material change in the information in the PTSR, including the Applicant’s name, address, bankruptcy status, criminal history, or eviction history, since the PTSR was generated.
