House has amazing views of the mountain, easy access to 10, 17 and junctions to the 60, 101 and 202, and lots of convenient shops and stores. Plenty of parking and storage space. The rooms are not furnished.
Security deposit, background check and first month due at lease signing.
Currently, two professional roommates living in each room. As working professionals, they are looking for a responsible roommate.
