All floors are hard wood or tiled for easy cleaning and hypo-allergenic sensitive people. Covered front porch, new deck in the back, and a half basement for storage not included in square footage.
Good outdoor spaces for gardening yet not too overwhelming yard to mow.
Conveniently located in quiet neighborhood, close to bus lines, shopping, dining, and transportation. 5 miles to down town.
One year lease, first months rent and Security Deposit. No smoking on the premises. No dogs over 20 lbs., no exceptions. Pet rent is a $35/month per pet and additional $500 Pet Deposit (Refundable) per pet. Proof of renter's liability insurance. Applications are available after viewing house. Cosigners are not accepted. Applications are processed in the order received, and per City of Portland regulations. All adults must submit separate applications. Screening fees are $44 per adult, payable after all applications are in, and complete.
