Other amenities include FREE WIFI, large outdoor patios & yard area, separate heat/air per room with separate thermostats allowing complete temperature flexibility, intercom system with door buzzer and code access, stainless steel appliances including a stainless steel dishwasher and over the stove microwave, garbage disposal, sprinkler system, 24/7 security camera system, LED lighting, large windows, and abundant street parking. Lease Terms: Generally, 1st month, and 1 month security deposit due at, or prior to, lease signing. Other terms may be required by Landlord such as last month’s rent upfront. $65 application fee per applicant.
