Description
This home on a quiet street is available for move-in on May 1st. The house has an efficient A/C system, a new roof, gas heating and cooking, wood plank floors, kitchen appliances, ceiling fans in all rooms, large walk-in closets, large fenced backyard, w/d connections, and a two car garage. Close to schools.
I own the house and live less than a mile away and responsively manage the property myself. The Lease term must be for at least 12 months. Monthly rent is $1895 and deposit is $1895. The pet deposit is $100. per pet but large (50+ pounds) or dangerous breed dogs are not accepted.
Applicant(s) must have verifiable references showing a stable income of at least 2.5 times the rent with no significant credit report negatives and a verifiable current rental history in good standing that was in their own name(s) . Good credit, please.
The tenant pays all bills. The application credit check background fee is $25 per adult applicant.
