Pet Policy:
-2 Pets allowed maximum, breed restrictions apply (SMALL-MEDIUM DOGS ONLY, 40lb Limit). No exotic pets. Fish tanks must be pre-approved.
-$200 Pet deposit required per pet ($100 refundable pet deposit & $100 non-refundable pet fee)
-Please review standard aggressive breeds list for dogs prior to applying. Common restricted breeds e.g. include but are not limited to (Pitbull, American Bulldogs, German Shepherds, Boxers, etc.)
-If unsure if your pet would be allowed, please contact our office.
