Description

Kitchen, Living room, Bedroom Newer floor in LR and BR. No carpet. Shared coin-op washer/dryer in the basement No smoking inside the unit. No criminal of drugs violence guns. Min income $2700. No UDs Need to have good and verifiable rental references. Application fee is $32 per adult, or $45 if you lived out of state within last 5 years. The first showing is on Friday evening. Pets are accepted with additional deposit and additional small rent- for aggressive breeds must have a proof of renter's insurance with liability coverage before move-in.
