We also ask for two (2) recent pay stubs and if self-employed, the last two years of tax returns, landlord references (current and past). Preference will be given to candidates with a good credit score, qualifying and stable income, no prior evictions, no prior convictions, and excellent rental history.
Viewings: Viewings are by appointment only. We require pre-screening questions prior to showing the home. Please do not disturb current tenant.
