Description

This is a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit. Rent is $1,300/month. $2,600 security deposit and first month rent required on the date of signing the lease. No Utilities/Amenities included. $55 non-refundable application fee. No pets allowed. Applicants household are required to have a monthly income of 3 times the rent. If the income is less than 3 times the rent, the applicant may be considered with a qualified guarantor. Guarantors are required to have a monthly income of 5 times the rent. Before I can schedule a tour and provide more details, please take a moment to answer the following questions. We appreciate your time! Pre-approval Questions: 1. How soon are you looking to move in? 2. How many people will be living in the unit? 3. Have you ever been evicted? If so, could you explain the circumstances? 4. Our rental application includes a background check, credit report, and eviction history. Are there any potential issues you'd like to disclose at this time? 5. Are you able to comply with a non-smoking policy for the rental unit? 6. Do you have any pets? If so, what type and how many? 7. Are you able to commit to at least a one-year lease? 8. To meet our rental requirements, the total household income should be at least three times the monthly rent. Could you please provide an estimate of your combined household income for verification?
