Easily walkable to the very best dining and entertainment, or a short bus ride up Neil Ave. to the OSU campus. Street parking is available for $25/ year for a city permit. -Tenant pays gas and electricity. -No dogs. -Security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at lease signing. -First month of rent is prorated and due before move-in. -Cats permitted for an additional monthly fee of $25 per cat. -WiFi access is available for $30/month. -Parking permits are available from the city of Columbus for $25/year.
