This includes a $1242 refundable security deposit, a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee, and a $250 non-refundable leasing fee. First month's rent due one business day prior to move in. Tenants arrange and pay for electric, plus $50/month for water/sewer/trash. Our residents are automatically required to be enrolled in our Resident Benefits Package. The cost of this program is $39 per month and includes renter's insurance, identity theft protection, a rewards program, credit score building, and concierge utility transfer service. One pet is welcome, with an additional $200 fee. No dogs are allowed on the Premises without providing documentation as proof of renters insurance, with at least $300,000 in liability coverage.
