There’s a 200 square foot deck and an overhead wood trellis, plus space for a chaise and views of the garden. Unit is spacious with an open floor plan. Motion detector lights along the driveway and by the covered downstairs patio. LED and designer lights to complement the architecture. Kitchen with stainless steel LG appliances & hood. Small wood desk and storage bench for your use. Dishes, utensils, towels, & bedding available. Newly added solar and filtered water system on 11/26/22.
