Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, silverware, coffee maker, air fryer/oven, microwave, water kettle, stovetop, cleaning supplies, and many plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, oils, spices, etc! We provide a starter amount of supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, laundry pods, trash bags, soap and bathroom toiletries. The upstairs is a separate unit that is also available for rent. You may occasionally hear other guests upstairs. The furnace for the upstairs is in this unit, you will occasionally hear the furnace in the winter. Your door code will be provided after your booking is confirmed. No Bitcoin/cryptocurrency mining, no large parties or gatherings, no subletting please. No pets please, trying to keep the guest unit pet-free for future allergic guests. Only registered guests are permitted to be on the property. Please make sure you have the correct number of people that are coming. Rent - $2000 Deposit (Refundable) - $500 Cleaning Fee - $250 Application Fee - $55
