Lease Termination: 60-Day Notice of early termination is required. Breaking the lease requires payment equal to 1.5x the monthly rent. For example, rent is $3,600 and the termination fee is $5,400.00.
Must pay first and last month's rent on move-in date.
Insurance: Renters insurance is required with all tenants named.
Parking: Tenants may park on the street or in the front driveway.
