The bedrooms are not divided evenly, the upstair bedroom is about 300 sf (current tenant pays $1000), second bedroom on main floor is 123 sf (current tenant pay $950), third bedroom on main floor is 175.
All bedrooms have large closet.
So it won't work for you if you cannot divide the rent unevenly.
