This includes a $1392 refundable deposit, a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee, and a $250 leasing/admin fee. First month's rent due one business day prior to move in. Tenants to pay $50/month in addition to rent for water/sewer/trash, and arrange and pay for electric and gas service. Our residents are automatically enrolled in our Resident Benefits Package. Well behaved and loved pets are welcome, with an additional $200 per pet fee, subject to owner approval. The owner does have breed restrictions on their insurance policy, so we unfortunately cannot accept any "aggressive" breeds. Tenants with dogs must carry $300,000-$350,000 liability insurance.
