The non-refundable application fee is $60 per adult 18 and over. In lieu of a security deposit, there will be a non-refundable move-in fee of $700 per household. All internet/cable install, and monthly charges paid by the resident. Renters Insurance is required to move in. Please note, all lease end dates will be extended until April 30th, 2026.
