Large kitchen comes with gas stove, fridge and seating area for table and chairs Closet is large and can have closet doors or left open as a nook to tuck in your bed or desk to make the apartment bigger. Building is controlled access and has security cameras for your safety Owner pays water, gas and trash! Tenant only pays electric Street parking only or parking lot space available for rent Laundry room onsite.
