Pet rent is $25.00 each, pet deposit is $300.00 max or 25% of the rent whichever is lower. Onsite parking is free at the building IMPORTANT NOTICE Approved applicants are expected to pay the required holding deposit online in the resident portal ASAP in order to secure the rental unit- or the next approved applicant in line will get the opportunity to secure the unit instead. The holding deposit will only be accepted AFTER you have toured the unit and the location. Note that we do not hold or assign the unit to anyone without said holding deposit. The provided sqft and photos used are for reference only, renters are required to self-verify by touring before renting. Any stolen keys, trespassers, or squatters with no payment, or no lease agreement will be reported to the police immediately. Any violators will no longer be welcome to rent from us ever again. RENTAL CRITERIA: 12 months lease only, and then month to month afterward with optional term renewal We accept in-house applications from our company website only. Renter's insurance is required. This community does not accept reusable (portable) tenant screening reports Application fee is $$50.00 per adult applicant- each adult must submit one application. Income Qualification: 3 times the rent in monthly household income Credit Score Qualification: minimum 650 AUTOMATED DENIAL: Falsification of any documents submitted False pretense of "current" employment A credit score lower than 500 Eviction record Outstanding rental debt Open bankruptcy or recently dismissed bankruptcy within 12 months VALID PROOF OF INCOME: PDF scans or photos of full-page documents only No screenshots No cropped photos No crossed-out information on documents W-2: One month's worth of current paystubs, recent W-2, job offer letter, job relocation letter Self: Most recent 1099, or 1040, or Schedule C- AND recent three months' worth of bank statement. We accept Seattle Housing Vouchers- and any other source of income such as social benefits, spousal support & child support Approved applicants are expected to pay the holding deposit online in the resident portal immediately in order to secure the rental unit- or the next approved applicant in line will get the opportunity to secure the unit.
