Street parking. - You pay all utilities except water. - King size bed will not fit in the rooms, they are small. - First month rent + 1200$ deposit + 50$ nonrefundable background check per person. - No drug use of any type. - Landlord does not have a specific credit score, but you need to be financially stable. - You need to be able to communicate in English, landlord does not know Spanish. - Landlord cannot accept section eight or similar.
