Applicant may be denied due to poor credit history -Pets: all pets must be current on vaccinations and rabies shots. Max $500 Pet deposit required per pet based on size and breed. All pets over 20 pounds require screening. -Landlord will select the best-qualified applicant All application fees are non-refundable -anyone 18 and older must submit an application -the application fee is $50 per person *Rates are subject to change based on seasonality and availability.
