LEASE TERMS:

HOLD FEE:
$1,200 hold fee due upon application acceptance. Hold fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel your lease and do not move in. Once you move in, Hold Fee is credited toward your refundable security deposit and will be refunded to you if the space is left in order without damage upon move-out.
