You must have an email address and a checking account to rent from us. All deposit and move in fees, and monthly rent is paid online, if this is a problem, please don't apply.
The Full Rent + Full Security Deposit (+ pet fees/pet rent if applicable) will be due to move in, once the applications have been approved. We can hold a property up to 2 weeks with a paid security deposit.
1. The total re-occurring monthly income must be 2.5 times more than the monthly Rent amount. We will only use "household combined income" if you have established rent history together in the past.
2. Must verify good rental history.
3. No evictions or judgements from past landlords or property management companies. Broken leases may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a higher security deposit.
4. NO sex offenders, No felons within the past 10 years.
5. No aggressive breeds. No Pitbulls, No Rottweilers, No Staffordshire Terriers, etc. Our insurance company does NOT allow aggressive breeds! If you are claiming to have a "service animal" or ESA, then a doctor's note will be required.
*REMINDER* Bad Credit is OK with good income and good rent history!
