[Room] Looking for an Awesome Roommate in a Spacious, Bright and New 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home (80249 / NE Denver / GVR)
Our previous roommate just successfully bought their first home and is moving in February, so we’re looking for someone new and fun to join us! :)

$1000 inclusive with all utilities and amenities :)

Less than a 5 minute walk to: Grocery Store, Gym, Library, multiple fantastic open-air Restaurants and Bars, three incredible Parks, multiple walking/running/biking Trails, and the GVR Golf Course!
Very close to public transit: Under 5 minutes to the train station, ~23 minutes to Union Station via train.

Our ideal roommate is:
- A motivated young professional, ideally works 9-5 (please No Overnight Shift)
- High Communication Skills and a love of other people are a must - both extroverts and introverts are welcome, as long as you have a positive attitude and value building a community together!
- Very Clean and Organized :) we split monthly chores and all chip in to keep the living space happy and healthy.
- Fitness / Health oriented is a plus - we’re big on the gym and growth mindset/self improvement!
- Okay with keeping a quieter home environment after 10pm (headphones, etc.)
- Has a minimum monthly income greater than 3x the rent obligation (a monthly income of $3,000 or more).
- While the formal lease terms will stay month-to-month and flexible unless otherwise requested, we’d like someone planning on staying at least a year!
