Tenant will be required to sign Xcel Energy Third-party notification. No smoking inside the house. Available to move in January 18. We accept all kinds of rental assistance including Section 8. These are additional requirements that supersede possibly conflicting guidelines on the application: - no UD filings within last 3 years - total household income at least $6500 or rental assistance - no criminal of drugs, violence, gun - good and verifiable rental references Application fee is $32 per adult (or $45 if you are from out of state) and is not refundable after it is spent on background check. Please have your picture ID and fee with you if you apply on a spot. Pets are accepted with additional refundable deposit- for aggressive breeds must have a proof of renter's insurance with liability coverage before move-in. For mid- and large-size dogs, additional rent $20/mo. For cats and small dogs, add'l rent $10/mo.
