These are additional requirements that supersede possibly conflicting guidelines on the application:
- no UD filings within last 3 years
- total household income at least $6500 or rental assistance
- no criminal of drugs, violence, gun
- good and verifiable rental references
Application fee is $32 per adult (or $45 if you are from out of state) and is not refundable after it is spent on background check. Please have your picture ID and fee with you if you apply on a spot.
Pets are accepted with additional refundable deposit- for aggressive breeds must have a proof of renter's insurance with liability coverage before move-in. For mid- and large-size dogs, additional rent $20/mo. For cats and small dogs, add'l rent $10/mo.
