This updated apartment welcomes you with hardwood flooring, tall ceilings and large windows. The kitchen has a marble topped island as well as all necessary appliances such as a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and more. The marble look alike bathroom gives a nice clean feel with an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a shower tub combo. This complex is a block away from Rittenhouse Square Park and its prime location is within walking distance to all grocery stores, banks, restaurants, bars, retail, and many more. For our pet lovers, we even have a pet store right next door! Safety is our priority. All packages and mail are left behind the front door inside the foyer which is monitored by a camera. We have parking lot in the back of our building for an extra fee as well as dumpsters for all tenants which are also monitored by cameras.
