Apartment is Available March 1st. OSU South Campus 1 Bedroom Apartment with All Utilities Included. Kitchen with eating area, living room, bathroom on first floor of 4 unit converted house within walking distance to OSU campus and the Short North Area. Shared Back Yard. There is NO Laundry facility, and NO central A/C. Resident may install a window air conditioner. On Street Permit Parking Only. Gas, Electric, and Water are included in Rent. One Cat allowed with additional $25 per month and $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. There is also a $200 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee paid at signing of rental agreement. Thank you! Owner pays all utilities - gas, electric, water & sewer.
