This house is located in the "new, happening" part of Colorado Springs. If you walk out the front door and go north two blocks, you will be in the middle of the best new restaurants, coffee shops, and microbreweries in Colorado Springs.
On the way, one block from your front door is Shuga's, which is renown for it's mountain-facing patio, menu, and specialty drinks. Watch the sun set over the Rocky Mountains at this or a variety of other venues a block away.
There are many wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance. Just turn right out the door, take a left on Tejon street, and you will start passing them on your left within a block. The busiest district is two blocks away, on the corner of Tejon and Moreno.
There is ample parking on the street in front of the house. There are also is a beautiful network of bike trails nearby, as well as share-ride bicycle for rent within a block.
