Enjoy the spacious backyard with a serene pond view. Service is available year round for grass mowing and hedges trimming at a cost of $150/month that could be added to rent (optional). If tenant prefers not to add this service, tenant will be responsible for grass mowing and hedges trimming. Tenant is responsible for utilities (electric and water). Parking available on premises (2 car-garage, driveway). No smoking or illegal drug use allowed on premises. No pets or animals of any kind allowed on premises. A minimum of one year initial lease period renewed monthly thereafter. Payment is due monthly. Tenant shall pay a late charge in the amount of $100 for each rent payment made 5 days after the day it is due. Tenant is responsible for maintaining and keeping all gutters, sewerage pipes, water pipes, and plumbing fixtures free from blockage. Tenant is required to obtain renter's insurance policy.
