Lease Terms
- Ideally looking for a 12 month lease, however I am willing to be flexible within reason.
- Driveway or street parking. No access to garage parking.
- No Pets, No Guests: No pets allowed. No visitors or overnight guests without prior permission.
- Employment Requirement: Must have a full-time job or proof or reliable, consistent income.
- Cleanliness & Respect: Must maintain cleanliness, pick up after yourself, and respect shared spaces.
- Noise Policy: No loud music or disruptive behavior- quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- No Drugs or Smoking: No drugs, smoking, or illegal substances of any kind allowed on the property.
- Payment: Rent is due promptly in the morning on the 1st of each month, no exceptions. $100 late fee if not paid by the 5th.
- Room Condition: Room must be left in the same condition as received, minus normal wear and tear.
