AVAILABLE MARCH 1ST: This is a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom SECOND floor apartment located on Highland St. between 5th Ave. and King Ave. Just south of campus. It is a close walk to the short north restaurants and night life. Also is a short walk to Krogers on High. Bedroom is large with plenty of space and a closet and can hold up to a queen bed with dressers. The kitchen is smaller but still room for a dining table or island. No washer dryer hookups in this unit or building. Parking is off street in the lot behind the units. Rent is only $850/month and water is split between all tenants of the building every 3 months. Tenant pays all utilities - gas, electric, and water. Security deposit is $850.00 and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 at signing of lease. You would need to fill out an application with a 35$ application. One cat allowed provided a $200 non-refundable pet fee is paid and $25 additional per month for cat. This is a Non-Smoking Unit. $35 application fee per person which includes credit and background check.
