My husband and I are looking for a responsible renter for our condo downtown, Denver. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a large office (or bedroom), large living room, kitchen and laundry. It has tons of storage!! It has a large covered balcony with views of the football stadium, mountains, and Elitches Garden. It has a dog park right nearby and is located to many safe walking trails right off the Cherry Creek Trail, situated behind the museum of contemporary art. About a 10 minute walk to Union Station and many restaurants and bars.  The building is a quiet building full of working professionals and families, so if you are in the party phase, this building is not for you. The condo has been newly renovated and includes 1 garage parking space with storage. There is an adjacent parking garage across the street.
