GENERAL FEES: Application fee of $50 for anyone over the age of 18. Admin fee of $400 per apartment. Both fees are non-refundable.
PETS: One-time fee of $400 per apartment. Pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Limit of 2 pets per apartment. There is no weight limit for dogs, just breed restrictions.
UTILITIES: There is a $20 monthly package and amenity fee. Heat, hot water, trash, water, and sewer will be paid directly to the property in a monthly bill charged to the resident account. Estimated to be approximately $60 to $100 per month for a 1BR and $90 to $150 per month for a 2BR apartment. In addition, electric, cable and internet are set-up through the respective service providers. RCN, Xfinity and/or ATT for cable/internet.
STORAGE LOCKERS: $35/mo for a 3' x 3' locker.
BIKE STORAGE: Free, bring your own lock.
