The unit also includes a 5 by 7-foot bathroom. A small storage area for a bicycle is conveniently located at the top of the staircase in front of the unit. The apartment has been upgraded with new electrical systems, newly installed windows, and has been thoroughly repaired and cleaned. Ideally situated near markets, numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and a newly renovated city park directly across the street, the location also offers proximity to the Fleisher Art Museum and School. *The tenant is responsible for gas, water, heat and electricity. *The first month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit are required for move-in. The total move-in cost is $3,675 and the tenant's gross income must be at least three times the rent. *OPTION $100 monthly for washer and dryer. *The application fee is non-refundable and is $45 per adult.
