From our experience, >90% availability within 3 blocks and 50% availability within 1 block - Metered street parking is widely available with 2-3 hour time limits - Alternatively, we recommend the SpotHero app as a convenient solution for reserved parking. Monthly rates typically exceed $300 in this area Requirements for each guest: 1. 21 years of age or older 2.
