Requirements for each guest: 1. 21 years of age or older 2. Verify identity by uploading a government-issued ID and selfie through our verification partner 3. Pay $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement 4. Complete rental app by providing full name, home address, phone number, email address, expected term of occupancy, government-issued ID 5. Complete criminal background screening (there is no credit check involved) 6. Consistent access to smartphone for each guest. A mobile app is required in order to access the apartment and all building doors. Detailed instructions provided prior to check-in 7. No pets of any kind are allowed (exceptions for service animals will undergo strict verification of compliance with relevant laws) * Requirements must be completed at least 2 business days prior to check-in in order to receive check-in instructions on time. International guests will need to allow more lead time (anywhere form 7-30 days depending on country) in order to complete background screening.
