Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-10pm 7 days a week. Payable online only. Refund issued after checkout assuming no material issues e.g. damage, missing items, violated House Rules. Garage remote can be picked up inside the apartment during check-in and instructions will be provided prior to your arrival - Free, non-permit street parking is often available on St. Louis Ave within 1-2 blocks - Street parking is also available directly outside the building on Schubert Ave but requires a city sticker, plus a designation for zone #1462 added to the sticker.
