The solar-heated pool is typically available from mid-March to late October, while the hot tub is usable year-round. Take in the breathtaking westerly views of the Griffith Observatory and San Gabriel Mountains. Relax on the deck and enjoy stunning nightly sunsets. Conveniently located between Downtown, Hollywood/Los Feliz, Pasadena, and Glendale, this home sits on a quiet, dead-end street.
2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms on the main floor, 1 of which is an en-suite in the bedroom. Additionally, there is a dedicated office space downstairs with a window looking out to the pool. Downstairs is the master suite with walk-in closet (note: 75" high ceiling in the closet so may not be suitable for tall people).
The aforementioned office space that could also function as a nursery for an infant or small child. Full bathroom downstairs is conveniently right off of the pool area. The house also features ample storage in the basement, and energy-efficient solar panels to help offset electricity costs.
Weekly pool service, bi-weekly gardening, and monthly house cleaning service is included. The home is offered unfurnished- outdoor furnishings are negotiable.
Renter is responsible for all utilities, however they benefit from the electric solar panes to offset the electricity cost.
