The unit has great natural light, and it is located one block from the Temple Hospital Medical Campus. We are pet friendly and accept cats and small dogs. For this apartment, the only utilities you are responsible for are electric and gas. Building manager charges a $30 per month flat fee for water. The apartment comes with a refrigerator and range oven. The apartment and main front door have upgraded electronic locks that are convenient and secure. The move-in amount is 1x month for the first month's rent and 1x month for security deposit. 6-month lease minimum. Small pets are okay (cats and dogs), but some restrictions apply.
