In addition, electric, cable and internet are set-up through the respective service providers. RCN, Xfinity and/or ATT for cable/internet. PARKING: $400 per month for attached garage. Only 10 spaces available for the whole building so please make sure to check availability. Third party parking options are nearby. STORAGE LOCKERS: $35/mo for a 3' x 3' locker.
