Rental home has been kept EXACTLY as pictured for the past 4 years with excellent past tenants and respectful human beings - you could be the next! now available for long term lease. Tenants will maintain my personal home for the duration of their stay and be responsible for replacing all furnishings if broken, or cleaning the white carpet if stained. Short term lease also welcome for 3 or 6 months.
