Bathroom features shower/tub combo and tile flooring. The unit offers ample storage in both the main living area and bedroom, and conveys an extra storage unit. Pet friendly - rules allow 1 pet per unit. The building amenities include a dog run, private furnished courtyard, and bike storage. Also, walking distance to shopping and public transportation. On a personal note from the landlord -I lived here myself for two years while commuting to work at multiple remote sites around the DMV. I wish I still lived in the area, but my loss is your gain!
