This is a shared house that has 3 rooms (unfurnished) immediately available for rent: - 1 extra large room, with big windows facing the front garden - 1 large room facing the side and rear of the house - 1 sun-filled bedroom w. balcony available for rent immediately. Each room can hold a queen size bed, dresser, desk and other furniture. It is shared house (5 beds/ 2.5 baths) so living room, kitchen and bathrooms would be with 3 other male roommates. The room shares a bathroom with 2 other males. The house is spacious and includes a large porch with ample seating, classic hardwood floors, updated kitchen and appliances, in-unit laundry, and off-street parking (two driveways). It is about a 15-minute walk to the Rhode Island Avenue metro and close to shopping and dining. Rent (each room) is $850/month and $50/month utility fee (total cost of $900/month). Total costs for move-in costs is 2-months of rent (1st month rent and 1 month rent for deposit). There is an application process.
