The ideal candidate(s) will:
-Have a GOOD credit score.
-Agree to a background and credit check (fees will be reimbursed only to the chosen candidates after the lease is signed).
-Will be familiar with everyday chores and tasks of maintaining a home (mowing lawn, clearing weeds, changing air filters, shoveling snow, raking leaves, cleaning lint filter from clothes dryer, know how to flip a switch in a breaker box, know how to change a light bulb, know how to shut off the water when applicable).
Security Deposit is same as 1st month's rent.
Please respond with some personal information about yourself (rental history, how many tenants will occupy the home, pets, desired move-in date) and verify you have read all the terms and can agree to them (credit/background check, paying utilities, maintain yard, etc.).
