Pet fee, pet deposit and monthly pet rent will be added per pet (small breed dogs only- No large dogs or cats).
Date Available: Dec. 1st 2024.
$1,800/month rent
$1,800 security deposit required.
First month, last month, and security deposit is due at signing ($5,400).
Tenant must meet requirements: credit score of 650 or higher, no prior evictions, and a minimum income of $4,500/mo (2.5x rent).
We will run a credit and background check on adults living in the house that is 18 years old and over.
Tenant will need to show 3 month's paystub, last year's w2, and driver's license when you submit your application. Income will be verified to match minimum income requirement.
Must meet requirements above before scheduling showing. Available on Saturday, Sunday and Monday for showings. We prefer 24 hours advance notice to schedule showings.
