Description

First level private, suite-1,000 sq ft all to yoursel. It is close to many hiking trails as well as Garden of the Gods, medical facilities, The Air Force Academy, UCCS, and CCU. There are 3 queen sized beds: one platform bed- two sofa beds. They include all the bedding. Main bedroom contains the queen size platform bed, a 5 drawer dresser, night tables, twinkly lights, and a large closet with hangers. The Smart TV gives access to multiple platforms with your own log-in credentials. Watch from the comfortable sofa next to the electric fireplace. The full bathroom includes plenty of fresh towels and cleaning supplies. Work will be uninterrupted in the second bedroom which is set up as a dedicated office space. It is furnished with a desk and arm chair, lamp, side table, and bookshelf with reading material and games. Find an additional closet with hangers in here. The kitchen is WELL-equipped with bakeware, serve ware, cookware, and spices. You will have the use of a full refrigerator, microwave, oven, and microwave. The dining table seats 4 on upholstered chairs and placemats if needed. In the coffee station, you will find a Keurig, K-cups, an electric kettle, a tea selection, and a toaster to ease the transition for departure. Private Outdoor patio with fenced perimeter contains a large seating area with cushions to enjoy the many sunny days Colorado has to offer. This is where the separate entrance is to your unit. Laundry is inside this unit and is only for the use of its tenants.
