The house has good sized 4-bedrooms, and 3 walk-in closets. Master bedroom and master closet are very big. The 4th bedroom has a regular closet.
Proud of No Carpet in this house.!!! The upstairs, downstairs, and stairway are all luxury plank floors and water proof.
People do not like carpet because carpet contains bacteria, virus, and mold. A home with pet would have a carpet with more bacteria, virus, and mold. So this house has no carpet at all.
The house is in a super good location and area. Only a quarter mile to freeway 1604 off Shaenfield Rd.
The master bedroom is 330 square feet, and master walk-in closet is 110 square feet. This master walk-in closet has the size of a bedroom of other houses.
Neighborhood amenities include swimming pool, sports court, park/play ground, and picnic areas.
Many shoppings (Wal-Mart and H-E-B food supermarket and other shopping) are very nearby. Easy access to major highway Loop 1604, IH-10, 151, and 90.
Your kids will go to great schools if you live in this neighborhood. Also, the house is in the North-side School District ( the best school district in San Antonio ).
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Monthly gross income of $4500 (pre-tax) or more every month after deducting child support and major debts (if any).
Must verify good rental history
No eviction record
Bad Credit is considered with good rent history + good income.

COPIES OF ID and SOCIAL.
To make sure you will pay rent, we will verify employment and income, verify good rental history, check credit record, eviction record, and check theft/burglary/robbery criminal record. If your rental history is not good, or if you ever moved out without paying owed rent, then do not reply.
Amount of security deposit will depend on your credit record.
Rent is due on the first of every month. If you do not pay rent by 10th day of the month, we will probably evict you ( Eviction service agency will evict non-payment tenant on behalf of us) unless we pre authorizes the late payment.
